Swing-Type Gates are Far Safer than a swing-Type Gate, 
however, there are two pinch points you must avoid

1. Pedestrians should keep clear of the path of the gate, particularly in the area before full closing.
2. Pedestrians should keep clear of the electric gate operator at all times, particularly when the gate is fully open. The crank arm and link should not overlap and create a pinch point when the gate is in the open position.
